Do I need a user account to rent jewelry, or can I place an order as a guest?
All new clients must create a user account when placing their first order with Fancy. After placing the order, the client is required to sign a rental agreement with Fancy in our showroom and provide a deposit for the selected items. If needed, our team will be happy to assist you with account creation and the entire process directly in our showroom.
What does the user verification process include?
To ensure Fancy is a safe and reliable platform, all users go through a verification process when placing their first order. This one-time process includes signing a rental agreement at our office, providing a refundable deposit based on the liquid value of the selected jewelry, and undergoing a background check with a valid ID to verify identity and prevent potential fraud. Once the verification is complete, no further checks are required.
How many days do I have the jewelry for?
You can rent jewelry from one day up to one month — depending on prior agreement. If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact our support team at +994507772770 or via email at info@fancy.az to request additional time. Extensions are possible if the item is available and not reserved by another client. To reserve a piece of jewelry in advance, please contact our support team to discuss the terms or make a reservation directly on our website.
How many pieces of jewelry can I rent at a time?

Do you require a deposit to rent jewelry?
Yes, we require a deposit equal to 100% of the liquid value of the jewelry. This ensures proper care of our exclusive pieces and serves as a guarantee for their owners throughout the rental period. The deposit will be fully refunded once the jewelry is returned in its original condition.
